In this video I demonstrate how to use custom hook boxes within the Catalyst WordPress Theme Framework. This is a fantastic feature of Catalyst when you want different pieces of code, such as text, images or links to appear in specific locations throughout your site. The alternative is to either hard code them into your theme or add them to individual pages, posts and sidebar widgets. The Catalyst approach streamlines all of this and makes maintaining these snippets much easier over the long-run.
